This is a license plate on a stretch limo SUV that I saw Friday night on the corner of K Street NW and Connecticut Avenue NW in Washington, DC. Interestingly, I saw "ESCORT U" Virginia plate on another stretch limo parked outside University Club on 16th Street NW on Saturday night. Unfortunately, the plate was badly lit making it impossible to take a picture with my phone's camera. I apologize for any inappropriate ads from Google's AdSense.
